Terms of Service

These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Cleaning by Gina, LLC ("we," "us," "our") in Eustis and Lake County, Florida. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following.

Scope of work & quotes

Every job is quoted in writing before we begin, based on the size, condition and type of clean. If the actual work differs materially from what was described when booking, we'll discuss any adjustment with you before continuing.

Scheduling & access

You agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property and weren't notified in advance, a trip fee may apply.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the service unless a recurring plan is arranged. We accept standard credit and debit cards. All charges are for cleaning services actually performed for your property.

Our responsibilities

We provide our own supplies and equipment and take reasonable care with your property. If we cause accidental damage, tell us within 24 hours and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear.

Governing law
